The main aim of Travolie.com is customer satisfaction and we try our best to be your booking agent fulfils all your travel needs under one roof. We understand that booking online requires lots of personal information which you need to be disclosed and thus involves significant trust on your part. We value your trust and ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information. By visiting and getting a service from us or purchasing something from us means you agree with the terms and conditions given on the website including those additional terms and conditions and policies if any referenced over here or are available by any hyperlink.

At Travolie.com we sell you a variety of travel-related products from different suppliers and service providers each of which has its own terms and conditions and policies in addition to our terms and conditions. So please make sure you understand them as well. We are here acting as an intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for product and services that are not directly supplied by us such as air carriage, ground transportation, meals served during travel, hotel accommodation etc. Moreover, we are not responsible for any post-purchase increase which may be due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. So we request you to please read these given terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using this website and if in any case, you do not agree then you may not access the website/app or it is your choices not to get the desired service.

New and existing bookings

All bookings made on or before Dec. 31, 2020, can be canceled or changed one time without a change fee more than 24 hours before departure. A difference in fare may apply for higher-cost flights, and a future travel credit will be issued if a customer chooses to move to a lower-cost flight. Many countries are restricting entry due to COVID-19. Before you travel, we recommend that you check the latest entry requirements before your trip as they are updated often. You can find more information about these restrictions (by country) on the U.S. Department of State site, or on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) site.

What information we collect from you

We receive and store any information you enter on the website or provide us in anyways. This includes your personal information such as first name, last name, telephone number, postal address and billing information which include your credit card number, bank details etc. If you want hotel bookings then we may also request you the information like room preferences, frequent flyers, car rental programs etc. You can choose not to provide all the information to us results in incomplete information and processing delays. When you make a reservation for someone else through this website we will request the personal information about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information.

How we use your information

We use your personal information such as bank details, credit card details etc for the purpose of completing the travel bookings you conduct on our site. We use other information about you for the general purposes as well such as to provide you with the details about product and services you request, to provide you with travel confirmation and updates, to manage your travel account, to notify you about special offers or the services that may be of your interest etc.

The information you provide to us will be shared with the following entities:-

Suppliers:- We share your personal information with different suppliers who fulfil your travel needs such as airlines, hotels, car rentals and activity providers etc. We do not place limitations on our supplier’s use of disclosure of your personal information. So we request you to review the privacy policies of any travel supplier whose products you purchase through this site.

Third-party vendors:- We make authorized third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf and do the credit card processing, business analytics, customer service, marketing etc. They have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to disclose or use such information for any other purpose.

Referring sites:- If from this site you are referred to some other website we may share some information about you to these referring websites and thus we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website that is referred to you.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that the travel services reservation facilities of the site are used for the purpose of legitimate reservation or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. We endeavour to ensure that the details provided on the website are accurate and best of our knowledge. You understand that the overuse or abuse of travel services reservation facilities of the site may result in being denied access to such facilities. You are not authorized to use this site for commercial purposes. We all know that airfares are not guaranteed until tickets are confirmed and purchased and the prices are subject to change without any prior information or notification. In such cases, Travolie.com accepts no liability. Refunding is another major issue but it takes some time to process and you should allow us with the time duration for all the necessary processing of payments and provide all the necessary documents required at that time.

You must agree that you will not access, monitor or copy any content or information of this site for any purpose without the written permission and you will not sell, offer for sale, transfer or license any portion of the site in any form to any third parties.

Change and Cancellation Policy

  • All the airline tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted
  • We continuously working on Travolie.com services from time to time and thus we modify, discontinue, restrict or temporary or permanently restrict our services. We may do this without any prior notification and thus reserve the right to make these changes.
  • Cancellation penalties and change fee apply if permitted
  • If you ask for the changes in flight then this is subject to the availability of the flight in your ticket
  • If we made all the necessary changes to your ticket and the cost is greater than the original ticket they you have to pay the increased price along with any applicable change fee
  • Any change in departure date is treated like cancellation unless otherwise noted in the flight fare rules and thus you will need to purchase a new ticket if you wish to change the outbound portion of your flight.

Payments

  • All the payments made by our esteemed customers for any product are secure. A debit card or credit card is used to confirm bookings. We do not store the Credit Card details of any customer in our database or in any other data backup system or retrieval system.
  • By making the reservation with credit/debit card you authorize Travolie.com to make the charge against that card.
  • Travolie.com and its affiliates may charge an online booking fee and this fee is highlighted upon payment and is non refundable as well
  • The customer is responsible for hotel accommodation for payment of the remaining owed balance together with any additional charges together with charges of any additional services
  • Travolie.com at any cost is not held responsible for any extra expenses that may arise, extra hotel taxes and fees, cancellation charges or foreign charges from your bank or credit card company
  • If you are using the credit card you must be over the age of eighteen years and solely responsible for all the payments whichever is necessary

Refund

We at Travolie.com reserve the right to determine the amount of refund in case of cancellation and amendments. The decision on the quantum of the refund will be final as made by us. The refund will be made in the name of the client and the whole process takes at most 15 days of time. There will be no refund for unutilized services unless specified.

Governing Law

All the legal disputes if may arise will be settled under the laws. In the event of any dispute of whatever nature arises shall be settled through good faith and negotiations among the parties otherwise described in the Mandatory Arbitration and any such claims shall be brought in a court. By entering into these terms and conditions we are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class, private attorney or representative. All the claims that you bring against us needs to be resolved in accordance with the Resolution of Disputed Section.

All necessary Travel Documents

The type of tickets which will be issued for your booking depends on the airline and route you are booking. The majority of airlines are increasingly issuing electronic tickets whenever the itinerary permits.

Passengers must be in the possession of a valid passport, visa, and international health certificates required by the countries being visited. If in any case, the clients are refused permission to enter any country due to incorrect documentation or health precaution and for this no liability can be accepted by Travolie.com and under such conditions, no refunds can be made.

Baggage

You will have to limit yourself as per normal baggage policy of the airline and according to the respective class you have chosen to fly. Our prices include the airline basic baggage allowances, if any, but many airlines include all “no frills” airlines now charge additional fees for the carriage of baggage. Any excess baggage that the passengers will carry shall remain their responsibility and if there is any damage or loss to the baggage occurs by the airline or the passenger then it will be the sole responsibility of the passenger or the airline.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your bookings with us at any time provided that the cancelation is made by the person communicate to us in writing. Most of the airline tickets are 100% non-refundable but in certain cases, the airline may allow cancellations, credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveller on the same airline. But under any circumstances, we do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are ready to make new bookings and wish to use your airline credit, it is the customer who needs to pay the fare difference if any airline penalties if applicable. In this situation, Travolie.com has no role to play and all such changes are governed by each airline, fare, policies and procedures which are not under control.

If you have any problem during your holiday please inform the relevant supplier such as hotel, car rental company, tour operator, airline etc so that matter can be put in the right direction. If in any case, the supplier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction you must contact us immediately.
